We are seeking a resourceful Senior Sourcing Manager to develop and implement improved strategic sourcing policies and initiatives with particular focus on packaging components to include some Packaging Engineering related tasks.

What will you do The Financial Analyst is responsible for companywide financial planning and analysis activities. This is a broad high profile handson role encompassing budgeting/forecasting reporting financial support for business decisions strategic planning and evaluation of new ventures and this role will report to the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Responsible for companywide financial and nonfinancial KPI reporting (daily weekly monthly)
- Partner with Accounting on monthly financial reporting including variance analysis (year over year actual versus budget) and the distribution of department level reporting. Participate in financial and operational review meetings
- Partner directly with internal stakeholders in the Direct and Indirect channels and backend corporate support departments to develop adhoc and recurring reporting as needed while owning individual channel P&Ls
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting models and monthly pacing
- Work crossfunctionally with the Sales and Demand Planning teams on sales forecasts and provide insightful information and recommendations relevant to planning inventory management and cash management
- Analyze market data to determine company performance against industry trends and report to leadership
- Prepare adhoc models and analysis to support operational and strategic business decisions
- Drive data mining and business intelligence efforts in support of business units
- Partner with Manager of FP&A on companywide efficiency initiatives and value add projects
- Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assist with various adhoc projects as required
First Year Deliverables (illustrative not exhaustive)
3 months:
- Begin to foster effective communication and teamwork within the department and across teams promoting a collaborative work environment
- Take Ownership of Weekly Sales Reporting distribution to executive leadership
6 months:
- Take Ownership of monthly KPI reporting for two major revenue channels
- Begin distributing Market Intelligence reporting on a monthly basis to executive leadership
- Establish rapport with two major revenue channel heads to become established as primary contact for recurring and adhoc reporting
12 months:
- Take ownership of 13week cash flow reporting process
- Work with IT to transition at least three major reporting functions into Power BI
