Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Effective management and leadership of the electrical operations team
- Ensure all electrical projects are completed on schedule and according to quality standards
- Develop and implement operational processes and workflow optimizations
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
