Junior Analytical Assistant at firstmovr for a 2026 FIFA World Championship Project with Coca Cola (remote).

Oskar is a global eCommerce leader and consultant with 16 years of experience leading digital transformation for global midsize and startup organizations including Kelloggs Mondelez KimberlyClark and other Fortune 500 companies.
Chris is the generator on a mission to empower Leaders of Change to win in digital commerce and beyond. As a CPG eCommerce practitioner and advisor he has led the eCommerce strategy capabilities activation and education at RB WellPet Kelloggs and other top CPGs.
As part of the firstmovr team youll be working directly with the General Manager from the CocaCola side gaining valuable insights and experience within the beverage industry. This is a fulltime position for the duration of a 3year project leading up to and during the 2026 FIFA World Championship. This role presents the opportunity for potential future employment within CocaCola based on performance and mutual interest.
What will you do
Organizational development support:
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and maintain detailed organizational charts outlining team structures reporting lines and key personnel involved in the preparation for the 2026 FIFA World Championship.
Financial Management:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to create and manage budget spreadsheets track expenditures use forecasting costs and identify areas for optimization to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough research and analysis on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic planning initiatives.
Reporting and Documentation:
Assist in the preparation of presentations reports and documentation for senior leadership providing clear and concise summaries of key findings financial metrics and performance indicators.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
Collaborate crossfunctionally with various departments including Marketing Finance Operations and Legal to gather relevant data align objectives and drive cohesive strategies in line with organizational goals.
Adhoc Projects:
Support adhoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the General Manager demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs and priorities.
Requirements:
Fluent English youll constantly communicate with native English speakers in the US so we dont want to see or hear any mistakes.
Experience in data analysis financial modeling and business reporting. Previous experience in a similar role within the sports or beverage industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel PowerPoint and Word. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is desirable.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets identify trends and generate actionable insights to drive decisionmaking processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Complete Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Analytics or a related field.
Excellent attention to detail you are used to doublechecking everything and can quickly notice the slightest mistake.
Strong selfreliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
Be a proactive team player whos not afraid to speak up his own opinion seriously the company is looking for a person with many ideas not just an executor.
Organizing skills you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and dont want any minute to go to waste.
Goal & detailoriented you can easily adapt to a fastchanging environment without losing your goals and targets.
Working hours:
You should be prepared to work from 9 am to 5 pm New York time daily (EST Time Zone) to ensure overlap with the General Manager from CocaCola. However the General Manager may occasionally require tasks to be completed with short notice for exampleduring European mornings when you wake up with a usual expectation for sameday completion. Flexibility and readiness to work at any time even unpredictably are essential for this role. We are seeking individuals who are highly motivated to work with CocaCola and demonstrate adaptability to varying work schedules. While such instances may not occur frequently being prepared for occasional offhour demands is important.
What we offer:
Fulltime job (8 working hours per day 5/2). Please note that we will not consider students and candidates planning to combine several jobs.
Remote work. You may be located in almost any city just need a good Internet connection a computer to work from and an opportunity to work the needed hours in the teams time zone.
Salary increases after 1 year of successful work together.
