Engineering Business Analyst

About the role: your primary mission is to bridge the gap between data and strategic action. You will be responsible for extracting analyzing and synthesizing operational and financial data delivering insights that will guide the executive leadership's decisionmaking processes. Your analyses will enhance operational efficiencies and financial performance across the board.

Responsibilities:

• Synthesize key operational and financial data from across departments providing actionable insights.
• Compile and present concise highlevel executive reports daily informing strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to delve into performance metrics identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the CEO with datadriven analyses playing a key role in strategic planning and execution.
• Proactively seek out operational and financial optimization opportunities to drive company growth.

Requirements:

• Outstanding command of business English both in writing and speech.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field with exemplary academic achievements.
• Solid experience in data analysis report generation and effective presentation of complex information to executive teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the finesse to interact with and influence stakeholders at all company levels.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in highpressure environments showcasing leadership agility and results orientation.
