HM Notes: This hybrid role is three (3) days onsite and commences April 2 2024


Responsibilities:

  • Leading the change management activities within the EPPM Service Optimization project for CSC
  • Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness
  • Supporting training and communication as part of change management including designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate user groups.
  • Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
  • Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user process and technology and nbsp;level.
  • Managing the change portfolio which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
  • Conduct and nbsp;postimplementation reviews and nbsp;to assess the adoption of the changes and any required next steps.

Change Management Skills 50%

  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent active listening skills

Endtoend experience with Planview Enterprise 40%

  • Experience working with the various modules of Planview Enterprise (e.g. intake financial management request management resource management strategic portfolio management etc.)
  • Experience leading organizations through the implementation of Planview and its various modules
  • Conducting user training and creating user materials


Interpersonal Skills and nbsp;10%

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to interact with different teams across the organization with ease and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills with experience working in a team environment


Must Haves:

  1. 7 Experience with and knowledge of change management principles methodologies and tools
  2. Review evaluation criteria
  3. Experience working with the various modules of Planview Enterprise (e.g. intake financial management request management resource management strategic portfolio management etc.)
