Seeking Experienced Pre-K Blended Classroom Teacher for Inclusive Learning Community

• Develop and implement engaging and playbased activities that support the cognitive social and emotional development of PreK students.
  
• Design and adapt instructional materials and resources to meet the diverse needs of both general and special education students in the blended classroom.
  
• Provide individualized support and instruction to students with disabilities ensuring that their IEP goals are addressed and progress is monitored regularly.
  
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates diversity and promotes respect empathy and cooperation among all students.
  
• Collaborate with other educators support staff and families to develop and implement strategies for supporting students individual learning and development.
  
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress address concerns and promote family engagement in their childs education.
  
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education and inclusive teaching strategies.
  

Requirements

• Hold a Professional Educators License with an endorsement in Special Education LSB1.
  
• Possess a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (a Masters degree is preferred).
  
• Have prior experience working with young children including those with various learning needs and abilities.
