Responsible for identification of sales opportunities for CASA & TPP in the assigned demography and acquisition of
new customers along with building relationship with existing customers through the assigned team members.

Manage a team of relationship managers responsible for selling CASA & TPP
products.
To make sure that the sales team achieves their monthly target across all
parameters.
Manage promotional activities in the field and ensure effective conversion of
leads into prospective business.
Reviewing the work of all sales team at regular break.
Maintain knowledge on recent update on policy and process for seamless
management customer queries.
Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices in branch
Requirements
Candidate currently working as BSM.
Should have at least 2 years of experience in handling the team.
Predominantly from branch banking background.

THIS IS TECHNOFUNCTIONAL POSITION. It is individual contributor role. Person will be responsible for managing SDLC of Project and customization of various Banking systems. Must have 5-8 years of Banking domain experience (Fintech if relevant). A self-starter to serve requirement of different business team/user group and liaise with vendor. Key Responsibilities Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist Industry experience is preferred Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modelling) and data mining In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI) Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
