Work Setup: Work from Home or Work from Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Ontario Time or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am PH Time
Salary: Php 35000.00 Php 75000.00

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING EXPERT/VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Your Responsibilities as Social Media Marketing Expert/Virtual Assistant would be:
Create curate and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn etc.).
Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with our audience.
Respond to comments messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
Develop highquality and visually appealing content including graphics images and videos.
Write compelling and SEOfriendly social media posts captions and blog articles.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into content strategy.
Foster a sense of community among our followers by actively engaging with them and encouraging conversations.
Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and make datadriven decisions.
Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand advocates.
Provide administrative support to the team including managing emails scheduling appointments and organizing documents.
Assist in research tasks data entry and other administrative duties as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as necessary.
Qualifications as Social Media Marketing Expert/Virtual Assistant:
Minimum of 2 years proven work experience in Social Media Marketing and in a Virtual Assistant role.
Good in Creative and Digital Marketing.
Experience in Graphic Design Web Design SEO Marketing & Campaigns.
Video editing experience is a plus.
Lead Generation and Customer Service experience is also advantageous.
Ability to create and execute highimpact marketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms analytical tools and digital marketing trends with keen interest in staying updated on the latest.
Experience in handling Social Media platforms.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and remotely.
High level of organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
