As a Demand Planning (Forecasting) Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the Demand Planning and Forecasting processes. Your role will involve coordinating with different segments of the business that interact with the supply chain process to effectively execute the forecasting and production planning of goods.

• 2 years experience in working in Supply Chain Demand and Planning.
  
• Experience in Tableau is a plus.
  
• Must be an ambitious selfstarter with a drive to succeed and improve.
  
• Interest in supply chain management.
  
• Analytical and inquisitive personality.
  
• Willingness to learn and improve negotiating skills.
  
• Highly motivated and flexible team player with demonstrated ability to thrive in demanding situations.
  
• Comfortable speaking and working with anyone.
  
• Excellent customer service problemsolving and written and oral communication skills.
  
• Extraordinary attention to detail and ability to approach zero errors in the final work product.

• Generate product demand prediction models by utilizing the forecasting module.
  
• Proactively interact with the Marketing group to gather demand expectations as data aids for demand predictions.
  
• Interact with the company s international affiliates to develop inventory and supply strategy for Export Orders.
  
• Strive to deliver value and provide timely responses with a positive attitude; seek continuous improvement and be willing to challenge the status quo.
  
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and maintain a professional demeanor.
  
• Perform various other assigned project work.
