About Tech Sassy Girlz
Tech Sassy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Orlando FL. Our mission is to empower underrepresented middle and highschool girls to pursue science technology engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields through college preparation career readiness mentoring and entrepreneurship.
Tech Sassy Girlz is an outofschool program designed to increase the pipeline of underrepresented girls in STEMrelated fields. Yearlong programming is delivered to students in informal learning environments. Our program creates educational and mentoring opportunities that generate awareness of STEM education and careers.
Position Summary
Tech Sassy Girlz seeks a fulltime experienced Program Manager to oversee our STEM programs. The Program Manager will be responsible for designing implementing and evaluating STEM initiatives aimed at inspiring and empowering students to pursue careers in STEM fields. This role requires strong leadership strategic planning and program management skills as well as a passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in STEM education. The Program Manager will play a key role as we scale our STEM programs across Central Florida. The Program Manager will report directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive STEM programs and initiatives that align with Tech Sassy Girlz mission and goals.
Establish and maintain partnerships with schools community organizations and industry partners to expand program reach and
impact.
Design curriculum and educational materials for STEM workshops camps clubs and other activities
Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to identify program needs objectives and outcomes
Recruit train and manage program staff volunteers and mentors to support program implementation
Evaluate program effectiveness and impact through data collection analysis and reporting.
Develop and implement strategies to engage and support underrepresented and underserved populations in STEM education.
Stay current on trends best practices and research in STEM education and youth development
Attend and represent Tech Sassy Girlz at key programs and events and passionately communicate our mission and vision
Other duties as assigned
Required Competencies
Bachelor s degree in education STEMrelated field or a related discipline. Master s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management preferably in STEM education or youth development
Strong understanding of STEM education principles pedagogy and curriculum development.
Experience working with diverse communities including underrepresented and underserved populations.
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management/ CRM software
Passion for promoting diversity equity and inclusion in STEM education and opportunities

Must pass a Level 2 background check. Travel is approximately 80% and reliable transportation and a FL driver s license is required. This is not a remote position.
