Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Leadership Development Consultant to establish a global presence provide mentorship specific to our industry and products allowing clients to successfully achieve their desired goals. The business is based in the Leadership Development and Personal Development space currently operating in over 156 countries. You will operate as an independent contracting consultant within our community working autonomously online with a desire to accept growth opportunities as your own personal success develops.

Responsibilities

• You will be required to follow a 3 step proven system using a laptop and phone
• You will be required to mentor and grow a team of motivated individuals from your chosen location
• Attend a minimum of 3 global Zoom streams per week
• Follow and implement online training instructions
• Lead by example and strive for success

Qualifications

• Demonstrate passion in the Personal Development and Leadership Development Industry
• High proficiency in English
• Higher education qualifications desirable but not necessary
• Knowledge of how to set up your own business in your state of residence for tax purposes.
