Professional Experience required:

• 10 years of IT industry experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Gained comprehensive knowledge from working in several software development life cycle processes such as Agile methodologies and acquired hands on experience in Scrum.
• Successfully elicited requirements using analysis like Asis and Tobe Must Have and Good to Have GAP analysis SWOT analysis impact analysis and cost/benefit analysis.
• Participated in all Scrum ceremonies Master incorporated sprint ceremonies on projects (sprint planning daily standups sprint review sprint retrospective) and backlog grooming session or story times.
• Skilled at using estimation techniques such as Planning Poker Tshirt sizing and relative mass evaluation.
• Evaluate statistical Data and execute dada mining for large data sets using MS excel Sas and R.
• Proficient using prioritization techniques such as Walking Skeleton Validated Learning Businessvalue based MoSCoW and Kano.
• Ensured adherence to INVEST (Independent Negotiable Valuable Estimable Small and Testable) criteria and SMART (Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic and Timely) model.
