Responsibilities:
Requirements Analysis:
Work closely with business analysts and endusers to gather and understand requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using the ServiceNow platform.
Design and Development:
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions based on best practices and in alignment with business requirements.
Develop custom applications modules and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Create and configure Business Rules UI Policies UI Actions Client Scripts and other ServiceNow components.
Integration:
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and applications.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and other integration methods to connect ServiceNow with external platforms.
Automation:
Implement automation workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration and Flow Designer.
Develop and maintain scripts for automated tasks such as data imports exports and system maintenance.
Configuration Management:
Manage configuration items (CIs) and relationships within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of CMDB data.
Incident and Problem Management:
Contribute to the development of incident and problem management processes within ServiceNow.
Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues and improve overall service reliability.
User Training and Support:
Provide training to endusers on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ServiceNow users.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed documentation of ServiceNow configurations customizations and integrations.
Create user guides and documentation for internal use.
