Job Description

We are a worldwide talent management service offering exciting employment opportunities in an extensive range of industries.
Our Client A toptier consultancy driving the future of wireless connectivity is looking to recruit an exceptionally talented Germanspeaking Sales or Client relations manager to assume the role of Project Manager in their Hanover office.
Location: D sseldorf Germany
Work model: Hybrid after the training 2 days a week from home 3 days a week at the office. The training is fully onsite.
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary uncapped commissions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage client relations by being responsible for maintaining open and effective channels of communication with the Clients to ensure that the company is meeting objectives and delivering value through our project performance and relationship management
  • Take responsibility over communicating the latest news/demands/updates from the carrier to the team
  • Manage a team by assigning written targets to individual team members
  • Manage performance in line with management processes; liaising with HR on personnel issues; managing absences etc.
  • Design and deliver internal and external reports communicate changes to any reporting requirements to Data/Reporting team for implementation; review analyze and discuss and deliver to Client
  • Assist with resolving invoicing/validation questions if required
REQUIREMENTS
  • Professionallevel German and basic English fluency
  • Negotiation/sales background
  • Demonstrable experience negotiating or persuading others to take action
  • Basic computer skills with Outlook Excel and Word are required
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone
  • Ability to prioritize and be selfmotivated with minimal supervision
  • Effective time management skills
  • Comfortable placing outbound calls
  • Proven ability to lead a team
  • Demonstrated ability to execute an effective sales process
  • Experience as a Lease Consultant is preferred
  • Customer service call center and/or experience dealing with the public is helpful
