• Content Proofreading:
• Review and edit written content for grammar spelling punctuation and style consistency.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone.
• Collaborate with content creators to enhance clarity and overall quality.
• Video Proofreading:
• Watch and analyze video content to identify errors in grammar subtitles and overall presentation.
• Collaborate with video production teams to ensure scripts align with visual elements.
• Provide constructive feedback for improvement in video storytelling and messaging.
• Design Proofreading:
• Examine design materials including graphics and layouts for accuracy and consistency.
• Work closely with the design team to identify and correct typographical errors and design inconsistencies.
• Ensure that designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Crossfunctional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with content creators video producers and designers to maintain a cohesive and polished final product.
• Communicate effectively with different teams to address feedback and implement necessary changes.

• Proven experience as a proofreader or similar role.
• Strong command of the English language and excellent grammar skills.
• Detailoriented with a keen eye for errors and inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with style guides and the ability to adapt to various tones and writing styles.
• Experience with video content and design proofreading is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Have to make a document of the mistakes and share it with respective people. Either word or ppt.

• Bachelors degree in English Journalism Communications or related field preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with design and video editing software is an advantage.
