Role Salesforce Admin (Education Domain mandatory)

Skills Required: Salesforce admin exp. Education domian
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities include developing solutions on Salesforce Clouds custom platform development
integration and data migration. Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura
components and project analysis is required.
Support the daytoday configuration support maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce
platform.
Manage Salesforce security including profiles roles sharing rules workflows and groups.
Including new user setup/deactivation roles profiles permissions and public groups.
Support all administrative functions including user account maintenance reports and dashboards
workflows approval processes and other routine tasks.
Coordinate the evaluation scope and completion of new development requests.
Assists in training new users and growing the Salesforce skill set across the organization.
Research changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce to provide recommendations that enhance
productivity and prepare for upgrades.
Create and maintain documentation for users processes approval and workflow.
Document system requirements including validation rules workflows automation record types
security profiles etc.
Requirements
Experience in supporting and maintaining Salesforce platform.
Proficiency in managing Salesforce security including profiles roles sharing rules workflows and
groups.
Strong understanding of administrative functions in Salesforce such as user account maintenance
reports and dashboards workflows and approval processes.
Ability to coordinate the evaluation scope and completion of new development requests.
Experience in training new users and growing Salesforce skill set across the organization.
Knowledge of changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce to provide recommendations for
enhancement and prepare for upgrades.
