JD:
Candidate should :
Have good experience with SerDes Analog Design
have good experience in designing high speed serdes Tx blocks such as:
Serializer high speed clock distributiong Output Driver Duty cycle correction
have good experience in designing high speed serdes Rx blocks such as:
CDR VGA CTLE DeSerializer DFE
have experience with successful silicon tapeouts
be able to independently work with absolutely needed minimum guidance
have good communication skills
B. Tech/B.E or equivalent is a must
