Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Spa Therapist at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain. The Sr. Spa Therapist is expected to provide spa and wellness services to guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation. They will also supervise and train junior therapists and maintain the quality and cleanliness of the spa facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetology and performing facials
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in providing various spa treatments, including pedicures
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment and supervise junior therapists
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in relevant spa and wellness courses
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel or spa is preferred
