The role

Were looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to help us drive MLOpsproducts and solutions at Nebius AI.

As the Senior Product Manager for MLOps you will work with engineers solutions architects to builda product that our customers love and will use every day to train and serve their models. We arelooking for a passionate product manager who will dive into conversations with customers deeplyunderstand their daily workflows research technologies and their value and help pack them intosolutions and services..

Youre welcome to work out of our office in Amsterdam Netherlands.

Fluent English is mandatory. Knowledge of Russian or any other European language is a strong plus.

In this position your responsibility will be to:

• Work closely with engineers and designers to define product features functionality as wellas requirements for backend systems and UX.
• Research how various ML technologies can be integrated into Nebius AI offering.
• Lead ML infrastructure products from ideas to launch and future development with crossfunctional teams.
• Break down complex ideas into a prioritized set of problems for Engineering to solve.
• Run experiments with customers and collect feedback on the functionality and usability ofthe core product offering and its features.

We expect you to have:

• Strong expertise in AI/ML as a practitioner MLOps.
• 3 years of experience in the ML/AI sphere.
• 2 years of experience as product manager or development team manager.
• Deep understanding of customer workloads and challenges with MLOps tooling: modeldeployment inference observability etc..
• Experience of proactive engaging in the product evaluating it critically and understandinghow to implement planned improvements.
• Ability to perform independently make decisions and be accountable for the result.

It would be an added bonus if you had:

• Handson ML engineer skills (e.g. key ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or pyTorch).
• Understanding of the basics of neural networks and distributed training.
