Position: German Customer Service Agent

Location: Barcelona Spain

Employment type: Temporary (3 months) Fulltime (39 hours per week)

Work model: Hybrid work from the office during training and 3 days per month after training


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer experience ensuring all needs are met via voice chat and email
  • Work alongside the Management Team to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Live and breathe the company values; be a brand ambassador
  • Become an expert on the sneaker brand
  • Work in a fastpaced environment and showcase your multitasking skills
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail; be meticulous and vigilant
  • Personalize the customer experience find the right tone for each situation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A fluent level of German with strong grammar and spelling skills
  • High level of English (both spoken and written)
  • Residing in Catalonia
  • Having NIE number
  • A genuine passion for worldclass customer service
  • High energy drive and a friendly personality
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem solving
  • Strong administrative skills

OFFER:

  • Contract: Temporary of 3 months (with 1 month probation period) with a possibility of extension based on performance
  • Working days/hours Tuesday to Friday 10:00 14:00 and Saturday 9:00 13:00 (parttime 20 hours weekly) or Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 (fulltime 39 hours weekly)
