This fitness job in Kingston is the perfect opportunity for a fitness professional to join a brand new gym as they enter their presale and opening phase! This fitness opportunity in Kingston is for a leading franchise gym chain as they embark on their journey into the world of gyms and look to open their first of many clubs.

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be in charge of leading the day to day running of the sales and retention throughout the club.

Daily Duties

• Managing a team of Membership Advisors
• Dealing with membership enquiries via phone email and face to face ensuring a high standard of member experience providing precise information to prospective members
• Conducting tours and gym inductions
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing members to increase member retention and referral business
• Support and work with marketing strategies KPIs and initiatives throughout the club
• Planning and running marketing and member events in and out of club
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
• Be front facing for any member enquires
• Day to day running of the gym including daily resetting the gym floor cleaning gym equipment and gym safety checks

Essential Requirements

• Proven track record of success in sales preferably in the fitness or health industry
• Level 2 Gym Instructor
• Experience within managing a team
