The role

Were looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to help usdrive ML expertise and impact MLoriented services.
As the Senior Technical Product Manager in ML for Machine learnings you will work with engineerssolutions architects to build a product that our customers love and will use every day for their modeltraining. We are looking for a passionate handson experienced expert who will make an impact inour conversations with customers deeply understand their daily workflows and make research.

Youre welcome to work out of our office in Amsterdam Netherlands.

Fluent English is mandatory. Knowledge of Russian or any other European language is astrong plus.

In this position your responsibility will be to:

• Work closely with engineers and designers to define product features and functionality aswell as requirements for backend systems and UX.
• Help and train cloud solutions architects on how to address MLspecific problems in thecloud.
• Set up benchmarks like mlcommons and superbench that can be run by software engineersand cloud solution architects for daytoday tasks.
• Break down complex and multidimensional ideas into a prioritized set of problems forEngineering to solve.
• Take ownership of the product delivery to the public.
• Run beta programs with customers and collect feedback on the functionality and usability ofthe core product offering and its features.
• Use your understanding of ML/AI or a relevant technical sphere to understand enduserworkflows and translate it into product and design requirements.
• Analyse opensource and competitors products to introduce new features to the Nebius AIoffering.

We expect you to have:

• Expertise in AI/ML either as a practitioner Data scientist or ML engineer.
• 3 years of experience in the ML/AI sphere.
• Experience of model development from ML engineer perspective using pytorch tensorflowor jax.
• Experience of running distributed training which uses more than 1 host.
• Understanding of the basics of neural networks including base architectures and theirmapping to the hardware.
• Proactive approach.

It would be an added bonus if you had:

• Handson experience with MLOps from training perspective: SageMaker Vertex AIKubeflow.
• Experience in ModelOps from production perspective: inference observabilityexplainability etc.
• Experience in product management.
