Nanny for two toddlersSchwyz

Lampentasche is a specialized nanny agency in Switzerland. For an international family with two children aged 3 and 4 we are looking for an openminded nanny who feels comfortable in an upscale environment and works highly professionally. The family is moving to Schwyz from abroad in summer and will be spending a lot of time in Spain or the Engadin. You will be accompanying the family sporadically so you should be open to some travel companionship. The start should be at the beginning of June/July or at the latest at the beginning of the school year 2024/2025. The family will live very centrally in Schwyz.

Tasks

This position requires a certain flexibility in terms of working hours and enjoyment of a work environment that is not 0815

In the morning you will support the mother with the childrens morning routine (breakfast getting dressed etc.) and drive them to preschool and kindergarten

After that you can organize the day for yourself and enjoy your free time

The children will be picked up around 3.30 p.m. after which the activities can be organized according to the desire and mood with playful learning tasks so that the children can improve their language skills

Accompanying the children during their evening routine

Generally supporting the family when there is a need and somewhat depending on the place of work

Vacation support would be a big plus for the family

Requirements

Reliable passionate structured and proactive person with a warm nature who enjoys being part of the family

This position requires a high degree of flexibility

Good intuition and discreet behavior to ensure the privacy of the family

Transparent and open communication skills

Sporty person who also loves the mountains and is willing to spend time outdoors in all weathers (skating skiing tobogganing etc.)

Educational training experience in a similar position as a nanny or mom of adult children who would like to support a family

Driving license is required you are welcome to drive the family car

German or English mother tongue level if German is the mother tongue a very good knowledge of English is required to communicate with the mother
