Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Job Type: Contract; FullTime

Location: Remote (Canada)


About the Company:

Our client is a Crown corporation providing specialized and personalized financial services to farming operations. Our client offers financing insurance software learning programs and other business services to producers agribusiness owners and agrifood entrepreneurs across the country.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement ITAM Service Mapping and manage CMDB

  • Flexible to work off hours implement production changes

  • Flexible to work in different technologies apart from ServiceNow

  • Work in sprints and coordinate with Devs to fix issues in production.

  • Incident/Problem/Feature queue maintenance and SLA adherence


Requirements:

Required Experience

  • 6 years of experience in the IT industry.

  • 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.

  • 5 years of experience in production support.

  • 3 Years of experience in agile and ITIL methodology and related platforms


Required Skills:
  • ServiceNow Platform ITAM certification

  • ServiceNow CISDiscovery certification

  • ServiceNow Application Developer certification

  • ServiceNow CMDB implementation experience

  • ServiceNow Service Mapping design

  • Experience of SAAS platforms

  • Understanding of Linux/Windows systems


Nice to Have:

  • Certified AWS cloud practitioner




Specific Project Requirements: The company s Small Segment team is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable, and agile Change Advisor to support Small Segment initiatives by developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic change requirements in this space. The Change Advisor will play a key role in ensuring employee adoption and usage. The Change Advisor will focus on the people's side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Advisor will work with initiative teams and leaders to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Skills: Top Skills Required: Demonstrate specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in change management consultancy. Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels. Ability to quickly understand and gauge corporate climate and culture. Excellent communication skills. Other Skills Required: Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Experience with change management in an Agile environment Assets: Minimum 7 years experience in employee and/or organizational effectiveness or change management. Advanced knowledge of organizational effectiveness or change management principles and practices. Change management certification or designation. Strong understanding of Financial institutions and/or previous experience providing change management support for financial institutions
