CRD Careers has partnered with a leading spacing solutions provider in their search for a Territory Sales Representative in the Durham area.

The primary focus of this position is to carry out our Sales Process to various customers proactively and sell Mobile Mini products and services to businesses located within a specific geographic territory.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

  • Drive revenue and valueadded revenue within an assigned territory utilizing phone and email
  • Effectively communicate and promote the value proposition focused on our turnkey storage solutions to help increase sales for the business
  • Collaborate with branch and sales management to increase overall market share in a designated territory through creating and executing a strong territory plan with impactful market vertical and account management strategies
  • Proactively engages new and existing customers to help build strong customer relationships through prospecting within a designated territory inperson client meetings and occasional site visits
  • Optimize/Negotiate rates and grow revenue by leveraging the full product line of bestinclass storage products and services
  • Responsible for all facets of customer account management aiming to increase yearly revenue for each new and existing customer in a designated territory
  • Understand Essentials Service offerings and any future offerings in order to sell the offerings to all customers proactively
  • Effectively follow weekly/monthly/annual KPI goals and objectives
  • Utilize SalesForce CRM system to track performance and manage customers


Requirements

  • A positive cando willdo attitude with a winning mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic entrepreneurial timesensitive collaborative environment
  • 13 yrs of outbound coldcalling sales experience
  • Preferred college degree in Business Marketing or a related field
  • Consultative solution selling approach
  • Ability to thrive in a highvolume transactional environment
