• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment End to End Process.
  
• Should have good experience in working with both Fulltime and Contract Positions.
  
• Should have experience in Sourcing using various job portals Like Naukri/LinkedIn.
  
• Strong experience in working with Jr/Sr/Manager level requirements.
  
• Experience in Scheduling interviews via Telephonic/F2F/Virtual Mode.
  
• Should have good knowledge of Technical/IT requirements as per market industry.
  
• Should have good experience in ATS (Application Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.
  
• Maintaining Database of both Candidate and Client as per requirements.
  
• Should have experience in posting jobs in LinkedIn/ Other Job boards.
  
• Sound knowledge in Google Sheets Google Forms Excel and Outlook.
  
• Good Communication Skills and Negotiation/Convincing Skills.
  
• Good Experience into working on Boolean Search /Naukri Keyword Search as per client requirements.
  
• Able to find the right candidate for that particular role filtering candidates while screening process.
  
• Good to have working for Product and Service base companies and other clients.
  
• Should be comfortable to work on Saturdays.
