Job Description
Rate: DOE
Duration: 1 yr
Location: Dallas TX
Travel to Dallas office needed 1 week/quarter and when requested by clients. All expenses will be reimbursed on submission of actual receipts.

Deliverables:
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies
Identify and assist with removing impediments
Escalate impediments through Scrum of Scrum board
Provide continuous coaching to Product Owner and Dev Team
Resource Planning (Holidays Vacation etc.)
Documentation of Retro Feedback
Prepare Biweekly Wall Chart Report on Scrum team performance
Communicate effectively to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
Be proficient in JIRA
Understand the state of each member of the team
Understand the state of the Team
Provide transparency to Program Lead about the state of the Scrum Team
Does not schedule meetings outside of the scrum ceremonies
Does not function as a BA
Does not give technical inputs
Does not interfere with JIRA board during active sprint
Does not request additional communication outside of JIRA
Does not become an interruption to the development team
Is not responsible for across team coordination
Is not responsible for monitoring across team dependencies
Is not responsible for creating release schedule
Does not write developer user stories
5+ years experience Scrum Master experience in web application development projects 10+ years experience in delivering projects in Agile methodologies Certified Scrum Master/PMP with 5+ years hands-on experience in JIRA - boards setup, organization & reporting Strong Facilitation & communication skills Conflict resolution & Problem-solving skills Team Organization & coaching skills Leadership and time management skills
