• Bachelor s degree in finance business or related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in paraplanning or related roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial products investment strategies and compliance.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  
• Professional certifications (e.g. CFP ChFC) preferred.
  

• Delegate oversees quality control and maintain efficient tasks and workflow management of the Manila team.
  
• Assist with the improvement of the operational performance and ensure all processes and systems meet compliance standards.
  
• Manage a suite of client reports and reviews considering all aspects of the planning and service composition.
  
• Prepare detailed financial modelling and Insurance Needs analysis.
  
• Prepare complex Statement of Advice (SOA) across a wide range of financial strategies (Cash Flow Debt Investments Property Superannuation Risk/Insurance SelfManaged Super Fund Trusts and Defined Benefits).
  
• Experience with investment platforms such as HUB24 Macquarie MLC BT Colonial First State & Netwealth.
  
• Experience with insurance platforms such as TAL Zurich Neos OnePath AIA Clearview & PPS.
  
• Supervise 2 or more Paraplanners and 3 Financial Planning Assistants including mentoring coaching training and conducted annual reviews.
  
• Recruitment induction training and development of new and existing staff members (Manila).
  
• Oversee Manila team s performance including mentoring coaching training and advancement of Financial Planning Assistants and Paraplanners with emphasis on ensuring excellence in productivity high levels of service standards and for sustaining the business growth and profitability.
  
• Set plan of action monitor performance and KPIs to ensure targets are met and the team is operating in line with the business requirements.
  
• Prepare reports and capacity analysis to manage workload and meet the needs of the business effectively and efficiently.
