Dynatrace Infrastructure Observability Product Architect

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsible for translating requirements into design options and candidate architectures for integrating Dynatrace to identified application platforms including defining technical details supporting technical development working with security and infrastructure experts and addressing other methods to address corporate logging requirements and standards.
• Responsible for proposing related architecture roadmap options and release plans for implementing platform capabilities and application integration to Dynatrace services with support and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Acts as an internal Dynatrace integration consultant for application teams.
• Accountable for assisting in the development of preliminary product business case(s) aligned to required business capabilities long term architecture direction & customer demand.
• Responsible for supporting the infrastructure product manager in establishing a shared vision with IT portfolio and devops stakeholders by building consensus on priorities and product design.
• Responsible for supporting platform services advanced integration DBM or analytics.

Role must be able to advocate for the platform capability by supporting managementlevel understanding of architectural choices that impact multiple teams tradeoffs for prioritizing application team needs and providing guidance and enforcement of common implementation patterns.

Key Desired Skills Experience and Knowledge:

• Bachleors degree with a minimum of 8 year in Information Technology or relevant experience. Experience implementing and integrating Dynatrace as a shared service in a large business unit or enterprisewide.
• Experience or understanding of the needs of a lead operator or manager of an infrastructure operations support team.
• Experience and/or certifications related to ITIL or ITSM.
• Familiarity with integrated Dynatrace to enterprise platforms such as Office Platforms Financial and HR systems CRM Call Center 3^rd Party or Cloud Hosted Services Apache Kafka and/or Data Storage platforms:
  • Experience with Call Center Technologies (e.g. IVR ACD CTI Call Recording Call Management Call Routing).
  • Experience with Connected Workforce (e.g. Collaboration Technologies O365 Lotus Notes).
  • Experience with Workforce Devices (e.g. Mobile devices (laptops tablets handheld) and Desktop as a Service/VDI Technologies).
  • Experience with Platform Services (e.g. Server OS Virtualization and Container technologies and SDDC).
  • Experience with Advanced Integration (e.g. Web Server (Apache IIS and other HTTP Servers).
  • Experience with DBMS and Analytics (e.g. DB/2 SQLServer Oracle Teradata Hadoop).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Operations.
• Familiarity with ITIL service management and delivery concepts. Experience with ServiceNow preferred .
• Strong verbal written and visual communication skills with specific needs to present and advocate for detailed technical needs to leadership .
• Ability to support Product Manager roles and Application Owners with best practice and use of platform. Knowledge of competing solutions industry trends related to Dynatrace competitive features and opportunities to improve enhance or reduce platform expense.
