Robotic Trainer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing curriculum and training materials for robotic systems and technologies.
• Delivering training programs to educate individuals on robotic operation programming and maintenance.
• Assessing training needs and creating customized learning plans for different teams and individuals.
• Conducting handson training sessions to demonstrate the use of robotic equipment.
• Providing technical support and guidance to trainees during and after the training process.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.
• Collaborating with the robotics team to stay updated on the latest technologies and developments.
• Managing training schedules and logistics to ensure smooth execution of programs.
• Offering ongoing support and mentorship to employees to enhance their robotic skills.
• Documenting training procedures materials and progress reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Robotics Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in robotics automation or mechatronics.
• Demonstrated expertise in programming languages such as Python C or Java.
• Strong understanding of robotic systems including sensors actuators and control systems.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities in identifying and resolving robotic issues.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
• Experience in developing training materials and conducting technical training sessions.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay current with industry trends.
• Certifications in robotics or training methodologies are advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing training programs.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in robotic operations.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring individuals to excel in robotics.
• Ability to travel occasionally to deliver training at different locations.
• Experience in elearning platforms and virtual training methods is a plus.
