Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting structural analysis and design calculations for L&T projects
• Developing detailed engineering designs using AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
• Reviewing and interpreting project specifications and requirements
• Participating in project meetings and providing technical expertise
• Conducting site visits and assessments as needed
• Providing technical support to project managers and field personnel
• Ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards
• Identifying and resolving design and engineering issues
• Managing and organizing project documentation
• Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and technical reports
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Adhering to project timelines and budgets
• Participating in the development of innovative design solutions
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in L&T project design and engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of structural analysis principles
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards
• Ability to conduct site visits and assessments
