• Assist in organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the timely and highquality delivery of sprint goals.
  
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
  
• Help identify and remove impediments to the teams progress.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  

• Strong interest in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus
