Customer Service Representative with DutchFlemish

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Dutchspeaking Customer Representativeto join their teams in Greece and support clients of a car or accomodationrentalcompany.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote/work from home from anywhere in Greece

Employment type: Fulltime

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle allincoming contacts from customers (drivers accomodation hosts or guests) through various channels (phone email and chat)
• Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
• Act as a key focal point for our leading partners by answering basic questions and general enquiriescancellations and amendments
• Use adequate tools processesand/or methodsto ensure the provision ofaccurate valid and complete information
• Make sure that great levels of client service isdelivered at all times as well as a positive experience for our partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Dutch both oral and written.Fluent in English (at leastB2 level)
• Previous work experience incustomer service/support roles
• Car rental or travelexperience is preferable
• Hospitality experience will be nice to have
• Passionate about customers and customer service
• Problemsolving skills
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
