Are you a technical expert who enjoys sharing your knowledge with others Do you constantly recognise training gaps within your teams and cant help but think you could do something about it If so then aTechnical Documentation Specialistrole with us might be what youre looking for. As part of our Professional Services team youll be at the forefront of our business and imparting knowledge and expertise to our people.

Your Contributions:

• Produce user documentation training material and online help resources.
• Design maintain consistency and implement user documentation and training material according to operational and quality guidelines ensuring functionality readability conciseness costeffectiveness and development time.
• Develop a deep understanding of Ascom products to create comprehensive systemlevel documentation and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements for Instructions for Use.
• Innovate user documentation by incorporating new trends tools and technologies.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fluent in English with excellent writing skills including correct grammar spelling and punctuation.
• Proficiency in document layout and text formatting principles.
• Technical knowledge of Ascom products and systems (trainable)
• Strong IT skills are a plus.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience in a similar position is advantageous.
