Tasks

We are looking for a highly motivated Inbound Sales Intern to join our dynamic team for a 6month internship. This internship offers a unique chance to gain handson experience and develop essential sales skills in a supportive and growthoriented environment.

How you are part of our success story:

• You qualify potential new leads into opportunities and bookings
• You report on CRM the status of accounts and the related performances
• You support the inbound sales team by analyzing and provide relevant metrics to facilitate the booking process
• Employing great communication skills through actively listening inspiring project confidence and overcome objections
• You are comfortable with using the phone as your main communication channel helping our customers (business travelers) through the booking journey
• By selling and converting the apartment requests into bookings you contribute directly to the success of Homelike
• You demonstrate proof consistency and effort within call and workflow metrics

Requirements

What you need to convince us:

• A strong desire to learn sales in every aspect
• Ideally you already have some experience in the field of telesales (cold & warm calling)
• You are business fluent in English and French and your strong communication skills distinguish you
• You have a natural closingmentality with a customer centric approach
• A high sense of responsibility & selfmotivation in addition to a problemsolving mentality is exactly what you bring along
