We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA engineer to join our IT DCS SWE Product Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting endtoend (quote to cash) testing in Siebel CRM Salesforce and various custombuilt applications.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures (manual and automated).
Perform endtoend testing for Siebel CRM Salesforce and various custombuilt applications.
Document and evaluate test results and defects track and manage defects and work with the development team to troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.
Participate in application planning meetings and provide input on the software development process.
Requirements
Proven experience as a software tester or similar role.
Experience with Siebel CRM Salesforce and various custombuilt applications.
Strong experience in quote to cash and sales motion is essential.
Knowledge of quote management order management product catalog pricing billing and invoicing is highly relevant.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical mind and problemsolving aptitude.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-6 years of hands-on experience as a PowerBI Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in SQL and demonstrated expertise in data modeling. Familiarity with BigQuery concepts and its integration with PowerBI. Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering high-quality PowerBI solutions that drive business impact.
