The project:

You will be providing services for German Speaking clients of Mercedes Benz a German luxury and commercial vehicle automotive brand established in 1926. It is headquartered in Stuttgart BadenW rttemberg Germany. MercedesBenz produces consumer luxury vehicles and light commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries regarding cars such as warranty issues recalls or problems with the vehicle.
  
• Troubleshooting problems with customers cars providing guidance and instructions on how to fix the issue.
  
• Escalating issues to a higherlevel technician or supervisor for further assistance.
  
• Keeping up to date with product features specifications and the technology of the cars they are providing support for.
  

Requisitos

• Fluent Dutch (at least C1) and good English (at least B2).
  
• Excellent communication skills.
