Feed Mill Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of the grain shuttle loader facility by ensuring grain movement and quality while meeting company goals and objectives. Provide daytoday leadership support to the location including all operations safety customer service maintenance cleanliness and grain quality within the facility.

• Facility Manager responsibilities involve supervision reporting grain handling and management safety and maintenance.
  
• Assure proper grain storage and condition blend grain for proper storage and distribution to customers and practice good housekeeping principles.
  
• Oversee and manage the maintenance of all grain handling equipment.
  
• Interview hire and train employees.
  
• Manage employees to be effective on the job and to grow professionally. Track employee accountability.
  
• Lead the entire team and support their growth and development.
  
• Drive a culture of safety accountability opportunistic curiosity and contributes to creating an environment where people want to work.
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  

• College degree in Agribusiness or related field is preferred but not required.
  
• 1 year grain facility supervisory experience preferred.
  
• High level of detail multitasking analytical and problemsolving skills with intuition to create solutions.
  
• Positive selfmotivated individual with organization communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to navigate an office environment.
  
• Must be able to climb ladders lift to 75 lbs bend kneel stand for long periods work in confined spaces work with heights and work long hours in harsh environments (hot cold temperatures and dusty conditions).
  
• Job may require occasional travel within the United States.
