In 2022 Instabee was founded after combining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile delivery companies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox and Porterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europe with convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leading European ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer at heart.
Were fast both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.
About the role as Key Account Manager:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in the heart of Copenhagen at Holmen. As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most valuable merchants within Ecommerce ensuring their continued loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded
Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet clients changing needs
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients ensuring terms are favorable to both parties
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Provide regular reports on account performance and communicate effectively with senior management
Who you are
In order to be successful in this role you will have worked in a similar position before joining us managing complex SAAS solutions preferably in the ecommerce or lastmile space. You have a strategic tactical and consultative mindset and you come up with creative solutions to challenges. Moreover you know how to get things moving in order to produce results. If you have a wellestablished network within the Swedish ecom space thats great but more importantly you have the capacity to challenge your partners and merchant in a way that brings actual value to all involved stakeholders and a track record to prove it. As you can see were looking for someone outstanding; when we review your profile we would like to see evidence of the following:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
Fluent in Danish and English
Minimum of 5 years experience in key account management or sales
Proven track record of achieving targets and growing key accounts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of CRM software and sales reporting tools
