JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job seeker will be a key junior level analyst in the organization.
Is a graduate/postgraduate with at least 6 8 years of experience in support project automation and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring regular tracking and reporting MIS to management
- Establishing process to identify functional gaps and bugs in the delivery value chain to reduce impact on individual tickets.
- Establish process to create and document optimal test cases that covers complete test scenarios and test results for each user story.
- Ensure internal compliance by maintaining License details SOPs mail evidence change history etc.
- He / She should be able to coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that they are well versed with usage of application/tool
- He / She should be able to troubleshoot and solve problems with existing application.
- Have strong analytical problemsolving skills for root causes analysis and innovative solutions.
- Ability to automate through scripting and configuration or by other means.
- Ensure that each individual complaint is addressed and properly dealt with
- Provide frontline production support and proactive monitoring.
- He/she should be able to connect the dots between the industry relevance and the product outcome to provide relevant feedback.
- Maintaining relationship with vendor with regular connects
KEY Skills:
Well versed with Excel (creating dashboard formulas macros) and VBA.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues clients stakeholders and vendors.
Goal oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills
Good to have basic knowledge on SQL.
Good to have intermediate knowledge on Python.
Excellent vendor management skills which include setting priorities and expectations at the Start. Have a dialogue with vendors about company priorities expectations and deadlines
