Talent Pool Training Administrator

BAE Systems has been successfully deliveringtechnical training programs to our international customers for over10 years. Our team of dedicated and experienced teachers,instructors and support staff are passionate in helping developstudents' knowledge and prepare them for a technicalcareer. This role willsupport the Technical Institute in achieving and maintaining theintegrity of student data, as well as assisting with the assessmentand examination compliance with internal and external assessmentand examination requirements. Working closely with the LMS/TMS Administrator,this role will be responsible for maintaining the configurationcontrol of all student data onto and within the Learning ManagementSystem This person will beresponsible for supporting the Contract and Assurance team, as wellas the wider Technical Institute team for the end-to-end FoundationTraining, General Engineering and Speciality Training student datacapture.
