About company: It, is a discovery and booking platform for performance artists and live entertainers, The company has clutched popular talent such as Kangana Ranaut, Baadshah, Guru Randhawa, Monali Thakur, Kumar Sanu, Astha Gill, Tony Kakkar, Radhika Apte, Zakir Khan, Kenneth Sebastian and more. Besides these prominent names, the platform can book from over 7,000 musicians, 500 dancers and 800 stand-up comedians. We creates an escrow system to secure payments for artists to perform at corporate events, weddings and conventions among other events. The money is released to the artist after the buyer confirms that the artist served as agreed, thereby filling a vital trust lacuna in this $15 billion ecosystem. Its clientele includes Cadbury, Goldman Sachs, IBM, Nykaa, Unilever, ITC, ByJus, Livspace, BrowserStack, Gojek, the Indian Navy, Indian Army and State governments among others.
Role: Digital Marketing Manager
- Experience: 3-5 Years
- Job Location: Okhla phase 2, DELHI
- Interview Process: All rounds are F2F, will close position in 1 day
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- You will be someone who not only understands analytics but more importantly knows how to derive actionable insights.
- You have tons of ideas and are looking for a place to test them - spoiler alert: That place is us
- Your playground is Google analytics, firebase, facebook analytics etc. and you have also mastered at least one mobile automation tool ( Clevertap or MoEngage)
- You should have exceptional communication skills- you will be working closely with the management, the tech team and the product chaps, and you will know how to manage the expectations of each of these groups
REQUIREMENTS:-
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to generate creative ideas.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- You are open-minded, curious and a strong problem solver.
- Experience in generating leads and achieving long term sustainable growth
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Eager to work individually and with a team in a growing start-up.
MUST HAVE:-
- Google analytics exp. is a MUST.
- Have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- You have 3+ years of experience in the tech industry with maximum experience in a similar role preferably in a fast-moving startup.
- Expert In Google Adwords and LinkedIn.
