Job Description
• Accomplishes system initialisation and configuration, system operations, system monitoring, rapid fault diagnosis in accordance with SLA's, implement hotfix and workarounds to ensure successful training outcomes and maximum system uptime. • Post operation tasks and system shutdown. Restoring environments to a predefined configuration and state in preparation for the next operational requirement of the capability. • Performs corrective actions and preventive maintenance, solving and authorised modifications on hardware and software to resolve technical, design, quality, operational and other issues with the system.
