- Would Be Responsible for Database / Cold Calling and Tele Counselling and Liningup Walkins in the Office Etc.
- Following Up on Client Leads for Sale of Properties.
- Responsible for Handling Clients Inquiries and Servicing Customers Needs.
- Be An Expert on Issues of Real Estate Industry Prices Competitors Market Conditions Etc.
- Maintain and Progress an Active Sales Pipeline of Prospect Clients.
- Contribute to the Major Goals of the Company in Uplifting Sales/revenues.
- Maintain Quality Service by Establishing and Enforcing Organization Standards.
- Collaborate with Team to Achieve Better Results.
- Providing Excellent Service to the Customers to Make Property Investment a Delightful Experience.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate Any Specification
- 0 to 2 Years of Proven Experience as a Sales Executive or Relevant Role.
- Real Estate Industry Knowledge or Relevant Experience.
- Proficiency in English (both Oral and Written).
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office.
