Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in onthejob training and gain exposure to different engineering functions
• Assist in designing developing and testing engineering projects
• Collaborate with senior engineers and crossfunctional teams on various projects
• Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and reports
• Learn and apply engineering principles and techniques to solve technical challenges
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all engineering tasks
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the engineering department
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in engineering
• Support other adhoc engineering tasks and projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field for GET Diploma in Engineering for DET
• Strong academic background with a focus on technical coursework
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools
• Good understanding of engineering principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Detailoriented and focused on accuracy in work
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Understanding of safety and quality standards in engineering
• Internship or relevant work experience is a plus
• Certifications in relevant engineering areas is a plus
• Knowledge of project management concepts is a plus
• Willingness to travel or relocate as needed
