About the role As a Business Finance Manager, you will be required to use data analysis to advise senior management on profit-maximizing ideas which can help optimize company profits over time by making intelligent decisions for revenue opportunities, investments or spending funds to have the greatest return on investment. This commercial position is a key role in finance but also the surrounding business. As a Business Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when required. Provide and interpret financial information .
Prepare complex strategic business cases .
Prepare budgets and forecasts .
Analyse variances, root causes and advise accordingly .
Formulate strategic and long-term business plans .
Research and report on factors influencing business performance .
Analyse competitors and market trends .
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction/revenues enhancement opportunities .
Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out .
Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines .
