Job Description :The Business Development Executive is responsible for generatingleads advancing the sales process closing new business andachieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunitybased salesquotas. The Business Development Executive will conduct research toidentify leads and reach business targets through telephone emailwebinar and in person. This individual will also activelyparticipate in the planning and execution of company marketingactivities providing vital input based on his/her interactions withprospects. • Identifyingqualifying and securing business opportunities; coordinatingbusiness generation activities; developing customized targetedsales strategies • Building business relationships with current andpotential clients • Understanding client needs and offering solutions andsupport; answering potential client questions and followup callquestions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs) • Collaborating withsales and leadership to secure retain and grow accounts • Creating informativepresentations; presenting and delivering information to potentialclients at client meetings industry exhibits trade shows andconferences • Creatingand maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintainingdatabase (Salesforce CRM Excel etc.) of prospective clientinformation • Coldcalling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients;closing sales and working with client through closing process • Meeting all quotas forcold active inactive calls appointments and interviews; meeting orexceeding annual sales goals.
