As a Customer Service Representative this position is to interact with customers to schedule service appointments and manage all related data. You will serve as a key contact and liaison for customers to ensure their total satisfaction. This work will ensure clear documentation of all interactions and maintain our high standard of data quality. In a customer service capacity you will interact with customers on an ongoing basis entering orders handling requests and providing support needed in a timely professional and courteous manner.
