While we are growing in GEOs and partners our team also has to become bigger. We are looking for a Middle Talent Acquisition manager with experience in closing Business positions.

You already have:

• 3 years of experience in product IT company of marketing/recruitment agency;
• Highlevel skills in searching and interviewing candidates;
• Excellent track records in hiring candidates for the following departments: Marketing Product BizDev Analytics Finance;
• Experience in recruitment in Europe and America;
• UpperIntermediate level of English;
  

Your tasks:

• Be responsible for the full life cycle recruitment;
• Actively source candidates and pass them through a recruitment funnel;
• Cooperate directly with the hiring managers;
• Hire candidates in Ukraine Europe and America;
• Recruit Business candidates (marketing product analytics bizdev finance etc)
