• Candidate has great experience but the panel had concerns about his being able to fit into our bank culture.
• The candidate is very strongly rooted in the consulting culture with regards to taking on individual assignments and turning them over based on his examples from Accenture.
• Additionally some of his responses leaned towards reactive versus proactive approaches towards problem solving.

Senior Project Manager Description:

• The role of the Sr. Project Manager is to apply knowledge skills tools and techniques throughout the entire project lifecycle in to deliver projects successfully with high quality.
• This requires planning managing team and project progress collaborating and communicating with multiple stakeholders and resolving any issues timely and effectively.
